R A W - Rabbit Awareness Week Did you know that rabbit awareness week is here? its the 4th of may - 12th may - many vets are doing free rabbit health checks Including the pets at home in-store vets. contact your local vets for details! Did you know that 90% of a rabbits daily food should be hay or grass? Rabbits don't actually really need rabbit food they survive in the wild on grass and foraging alone - we all feed our rabbits way too much pellets - and they wont say no! rabbits need plenty of fresh greens fresh water and lots of hay daily - a small bowl of pellets goes down well but is just really a treat! did you also know that carrots are actually full of sugar and that rabbits should only have sometimes? Rabbits are a big part of our lives and need maybe more care than some might think - celebrate rabbit awareness week and LOVE YOUR RABBITS!
