Darren was looking after our Syrian hamster for two weeks. He showed excellent knowledge about hamsters. Upon collection the pet was looking bright and healthy. Darren also was very kind to bring him to my house on a short notice. I highly recommend Eltham Hen House and will definitely use their services again. Thank you!

Very grateful to Darren and Eltham Hen House for taking care of our two canaries while we were away on holidays. Prices were very reasonable and they even picked and delivered both our pets from our home address. Both birds are in great shape and I will use their services again, no doubt. Left 'the girls' for 10days. I was confident that Darren understood chicken keeping and the funny ways of feathered divas. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they had been laying after a couple of days, this shows that the hens were settled. When we picked them up today, they were in fine fettle and looked well kept and bright. Would be happy to recommend and use Darren's services again.

I left my bunnies a few days here last time we went away and I'm really happy I did. One of them needs a special diet, which always worries me a lot, but they were both really well cared for. They came back happy and healthy. Thanks a lot!

My little bunny came back yesterday after 2 weeks at Eltham House. He was in a great shape and looked really really happy. Lisa and Darren have taken a really good care of him and the pick up and drop off service is amazing, it saved me time and it made everything easier for me. I surely recommend this place! They literally saved my life as I gave really short notice! Will contact them again for sure!! :)

Our two rabbits have just returned from staying with Darren and Lisa just under a month. They were very well looked after and were happy and comfortable in their run when we arrived to pick them up. Both Lisa and Darren were lovely and very knowledgeable. We will certainly be using them again in the future. Thanks once again.

Really pleased with the service. Needed help at the last minute and Darren and Lisa were able to offer a call out service to make sure my hens were fed and watered. Everything was left secure and the hens are happy!

Darren & Lisa agreed to pick up and drop off our 3 hens for a small fee as we live close by. They provided a very good and reliable service and seem to really care about the animals. I would recommend using Eltham Hen House, and will definitely be doing so again. Thanks!

I left my hens for four days. They were extremely well looked after and were in good hands with Darren and Lisa who completely understand poultry.

Darren and Lisa looked after our two baby girl rabbits this weekend and are just what you want for your rabbits- knowledgable, experienced and most importantly- mad about rabbits! Ours had a lovely secure large hutch and run and we got photos and updates which was great as the first time we've left them. It is so difficult to find good genuine animal people like this for your rabbits and small furries these days. Highly recommend.

Lisa and Darren looked after our bunnies for us whilst we were away. When we picked them up they were happy and relaxed and seemed very well looked after. We were also impressed with the flexibIlity on dropping off and picking up- made it very easy. We shall be back! Thank you

We have been using Eltham Hen House for the past two years and highly recommend Darren and Lisa. We have two giant bunnies and they are always looked after to a high standard. Over the Summer, the rabbits boarded with Darren and Lisa for about a month. Darren made a large outdoor run and hutch for them so that they would have lots of space and laid down new grass just for them. The bunnies always seem to enjoy their stay!

So pleased we found this wonderful holiday for our Guinea Pig. We looked everywhere and were very impressed with price, flexibility and reviews at Eltham Hen House. Cassy was picked up and dropped off and came home happy and healthy. She's only a few months old so we were a bit worried but she's even more snuggly and obviously had been well taken care of during her little holiday. We thank you so much for your dedication to our Cavy and we are looking forward to seeing you again!

I found Eltham Hen House after hours of searching for the best place to leave my Rabbit when I go on holiday and I am so glad I found them. The first time I left him was very nervous and had a lot of what if's but that all changed and now I feel very comfortable leaving my rabbit here. Lisa and Darren are lovely people and I never worry about my Mr Nibbles when he's with them because I know he is in good hands. Would recommend to everyone! 5 *'s :)

Lisa was very flexible with dates and drop off times and when we turned up to leave them we were greeted with friendliness and all sorts of questions about what our piggies like and how best to care for them. I left feeling very reassured and happy that they would be well looked after by a kind and caring animal loving family. Upon picking them up it was clear they had received great care, their cage was all clean and they were happily munching on cucumber. Would definitely recommend to friends and will use this service again in the future. Thank you !

Our two guinea pigs, Rusty and Dusty, have been frequent guests of Lisa and Darren’s for over a year and a half now. The boys always come back happy and healthy, it’s so clear that they’ve been well taken care of, and have had lots of attention and play time. EHH know their stuff, and love their animals. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to board their small animals.

I have been using Eltham Hen House for my rabbits a few times since last year. I am really pleased that I found them as I feel very comfortable to leave my rabbits with them, they recieve good care and they are very happy bunnies while in the care of Lisa and Darren. I now see Lisa and Darren as a friend and I can ask them any questions about my rabbits too. They communicate with me about how my bunnies are whilst I am away, which for me means a great deal. I will always use the Eltham Hen House when I go away to board my very precious bunnies. I recommend them to others very strongly.

As regular customers, we have found the The Eltham Hen House to be excellent. They provide a reliable, safe and secure environment for our rabbits when we are out of town, and offer a flexible home care service which we have found particularly useful for shorter trips away. This family-run animal boarding home has allowed us to go away, confident that our fury friends will be well looked after while we are gone.

We were so pleased with the care our rabbit received at Eltham Hen House; Lisa & her team took the time to find out what was needed to look after him & we were able to enjoy a relaxing holiday, knowing our pet was safe & happy. We will definitely board Dennis here again, highly recommended.

Our chickens have been staying very happily with Lisa and Darren regularly for the last two-and-a-half years or so. The hens are always very well looked after and they seem to settle in very quickly. Happy to recommend what we call the Eltham Hen Hotel ;)

We've let our two pet budgies with the Eltham Hen House a few times now, including a two week stay, and have always received excellent service. Lisa has been flexible with drop off and pick up times, and our budgies always come back looking great! We will definitely use this service again, and I would recommend to others.
